This is the place for suggestions, comments about the CUP situation in general and how we can raise awareness about CUP and seek to improve diagnosis and achieve an end to CUP.

Making this space easier to use - views please

I'm wondering whether we should change the shape of the interacive area and would welcome all users views. I find this particular "board" rather unfriendly to use and have been investigating turning it into a simpler "blog".

The idea would be to make it more user friendly whilst retaining the security so that it is only used by registered members as now i.e. people affected by CUP. (I spend considerable time every day filtering out requests from machines and advertisers and others who apply for access). We don't want to lose the existing comments which are very useful to joining members and I'm told that we can keep these if we move to a blog. The format of the blog could be customised to fit our needs. For example we could have an email alert which we can't have at the moment to tell everyone that there is a new post.

The bottom line is surely to make it as easy as possible for anyone to use and to create as interactive and helpful a community as possible? Please give your views whether you are used to this sort of technology or not.

About mid April we are going to make some changes along these lines. We will not lose the old threads.

This has been delayed as we try to engineer the easiest and richest system - any views on the proposed change welcome.
